The Change is a prototype developed as the first of 25 shops to be rolled out across the Middle East and India. The shop is split between residential consumers on the ground floor seeking to live in a more eco-friendly environment, with second-floor commercial and institutional consumers wanting greener buildings, schools, hospitals and hospitality facilities

The Change Initiative was awarded LEED Platinum, the first to be awarded within Dubai.
