Humber College “L” Building was an expansion project to an existing campus. The intent was to create a fully inclusive institutional building with lecture hall, class rooms, labs and student commons spaces.

Part of the design concept was to play with the material palette to integrate way-finding as part of the architectural language. Keeping the building light, bright and flexible for future technology changes, and student learning shifts was also a key component.
